WEEKLY PRICES
The prices are per apartment occupied by up to 2 adults and 2 children. In Ostro and Tramontana the price is for two person. For each additional adult and children over 12 years are charged EUR 20.00 per day.
On summertime weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. Check – out: by 10.00 a.m. Check – in: from 14.00 p.m.
Ask for individual offers for short stays (minimum 2 nights)
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
– consumption of electricity, water and gas
– Internet wi-fi
– Parking area
EXTRA MANDATORY:
- final cleaning: 35 euros. The apartment are cleaned at any change with 160°C steam and after sanified with Ozone.
EXTRAS ON DEMAND :
– extra cleaning on demand: 40,00 euros
– bed linen and bath towels: 15,00 euros per person per change
– conditioning/heating: on consumption
– washing machine: 4,50 euros/washing (detergents included)
– baby bed: 30,00 euros/ week
PETS:
The first pet is always included in the price. Any additional pet will pay and additional charge of 5 euro per day.

Upon booking confirmation a deposit of 30% of the renting price is required by bank transfer. The balance could be paid on arrival or by bank transfer 10 days before arrival
Prices are not inclusive of the Council Tourist Tax, mandatory, required by the Municipality of Campiglia Marittima. The amount is € 1,50 per person per night for the first 15th days. Children under 12 years are not subject to tax.
POLICY OF CANCELLATION:
– 60 days before arrival: 70% of the advanced payment will be refund
– From 59 days to 31 days before arrival: will be refund the 50% of the advanced payment
– From 30 days to the date of arrival: the advanced payment will not be refund
