Our Olive Oil
ARIA TOSCANA Agritourism produces an excellent extra virgin olive oil with the olives produced from our own olive trees, hand-picked and passed immediately after to the pressing using traditional methods, by mechanical and cold procedure that guarantees full authenticity of the product.
Quality and tradition
The quality of the product obtained is the result of loving care of the over 500 century-old olive plants of the variety Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino. The extra virgin olive oil obtained from the combination of the three varieties has an intense colour and a rightly bitter and slightly spicy taste. Our extra virgin olive oil is not filtered in order to maintain all the organoleptic properties and have a product that respect the tradition in all the production process.
Natural flavour
In 2012 we started the production of single variety extra virgin olive oil: 100% Moraiolo (bitter), 100% Frantoio (pleasantly spicy) and 100% Leccino (delicate).
The focus in growing, harvesting and pressing the olives preserves the organoleptic characteristics of our extra virgin olive oil which has low acidity and high content of polyphenols
